for this County, you entered into a RECOGNIZANCE)
not having appeared according to the Condition of Such
Recognizance, the same became forfeited, and must be
ESTREATED into his Majesty's Court of Exchequer in Order
to the issuing Proces against you for levying the penalty of £ Ten pounds thereon;
unless respited by the Court, on your Appearance, and
Application, of Stay Proceedings at the next General Quar-
ter Session, to be holden by Adjournment at HICKS'S-
HALL , in St.John's Street , on Monday the 17th day of October next
