and saith that he this Deponent was present and did see the within
named Richard Dalley< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause subscribe his Hand
to the within Release and seal and deliver the same as his Act and
Dell and saith that the Name A Greenwood within set and
subscribed as one of the Witnesses attesting the Execution of the said
