To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace
Hicks Hall in the said County assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint George Hanover Square within
the Liberty of Westminster in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of James Fielding< no role > and G. Wrighte: Esquires Two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty
of Westminster bearing Date the Tenth day of February 1774
Christian Graves< no role > Widow was removed from the Parish of
Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square in the said Liberty as the Place of her
last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think
themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against
the Same

Therefore humbly pray this Court will
please to appoint a time for hearing and
determining the said Appeal And that all
Persons concerned may then Attend.
