Church Wardens and Overseers of the Parish of
Cheddington
in the County of Bucks
Sheweth
That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of

and W. Kelynge Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for
the City of Liberty of Westminster
(One whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 24th. day of May 1773.

deceased with her four Children by her said late
Husband, Namely

aged about eighteen Years
Jane< no role >
aged about
thirteen Years
Mary< no role >
aged about nine Years and

Aged near four
Years were removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Margaret
in
[..] said City of Westminster
and County of Middlsex to the said Parish of
Cheddington
in the said County of Bucks as the last legal Settlement of the
said Ann Shillingford and of her said four Children whereby Your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved and against the said
Order do appeal
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
That a day may be appointed in the present
Session to hear and determine the Matter
touching the said Appeal
And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray
