MIDDLESEX .


At the General Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks Hall , in Saint John Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the Seventeenth
Day of Februaryin the FourteenthYear of the
Regin of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc. Before Sir John Hawkins< no role > Knight Benjamin
Cowley
< no role > John Walford< no role > John Sherwood< no role > Esqrs. and others their Fellows
Justices aforesaid Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace in
the said County and also to hear and Determine divers Felonies
Trespasses and other Misdemeanors committed in the said County

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the County of Middlesex Have at this Present Session Exhibited their Petitcon and
Appeal setting forth That by virtue of a Pass warrant or Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals George Stubbs< no role > and Edward Bindless< no role > Esqrs Two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace acting in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty ninth day of January 1774 Mary Clare< no role > aged about Twelve Years as
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint John the Evangelist in the City and
Liberty of Westminster is the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex
is the Place of her last legal Settlement whereby the Petitioners concerned themselves aggrieved
Now upon hearing the said Appeal in the presence and hearing of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint John the Evangelist and they consenting
by their icouncil to the allowing the said appeal It is Ordered that the said Appeal be
and the same is hereby allowed and the said Order orpass warrant or Order of Removal of the said Two Justices
whereby vacated and set aside And it is further Ordered that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre Middlesex do forthwith
convey and deliver back the said Mary Clare< no role > ) together with a Copy of this orders unto the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint John the Evangelist
or to some or one of them who are hereby required to receive and provide for the said Mary Clare< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law
