the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
Saint John Street in the said County on Monday the Tenth
Day of January 1774 and in the Fourteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace
God of Great Britain France and Ireland KIng Defender
the Faith Etc

It is Ordered that all Parties concerned have Notice of this
Appeal and that they do Attend this Court at this present Session to
holden by Adjournment on Thursday next the Thirteenth Day of Jan [..]
Instant by Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the
Determination of the same Court touching the Premisses
