Take Notice that I do intend personally
to be and appear at the next General Session of the
Peace Oyer and Terminer to be held at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex
On Wednesday next at Eight of the Clock in the
Morning And will then and there Plead (Not Guilty)
And at the same time put myself upon my Tryall
and Try my Traverse upon the Indictment preferred
by you against me Dated this first day of December
1773.
