London yr. 21st. Septr. 1773

According to your desire I am now set down to Answer your
Estream'd favr. in Courke of post and see that Mr. Simeon will not be able
to draw out the Recestary Writings this for bright when I Hatter
myself it will been my power to pay your a Visit at Heek field and
Every thing can be Settled to Mutual SatisfactionThe day I have
find for going down is the 9th. of October and shall esteam it as a
favour it you will get every thing ready by that time as I shall
not be able to stay above day two but of this I will write you
AgainIn the Mean time If you cou'd let me have the £150l
shou'd be much oblig'd to you as then I Cou'd pay off all my Debts and
be a little Eavy in mind As for the Interest of the £300 due to Mr.
Child my hencle will pay that, so you will have nothing to with

I have Annex'd which Imagine will be pretly Exact being taken

Kind and having nothing more to Add remain with Love to my
Sister a little othersyour Affect. Brother
