Who being upon Oath says that about the 20th. day of July last
Harris new Present came to this Informant at Johngton and said
John Baker< no role > Esqr. was going to Build some Houses at Bathna [..]
and wanted a Quantity of Brickes and Iron
[..] told this Informant he was a Gentleman of Fortune and [..]
this Informant to Deal with him telling he might have his [..]
Delivery of his Goods. Says he accordingly applied to [..]

£10) Says the said John Baker< no role > told this Informant he was [..]
of Fortune and requested this Informant to send him mor [..]
and Iron which he accordingly did to the amount of
and then applied for Money but could get none. Say
finds that the said John Bakers< no role > is a man of no fortune
verily believe that the said William Harris< no role > and John
Conspired together and obtained this Informants Goods
with Intention to Cheat and Defraud him [..]
