was not as this Deponent verilly believes delivered as aforesaid
for any Reward or the hope or promise thereof but that it was
intirely through the Ignorance of this Deponents Mother, this
Deponent and his Mother having been in the above Business
only since the Twenty Seventh day of May last therefore this
Deponent humbly prays that this Honourable Court will be
pleased to Order his said Recognizance to be Discharged.
