You were bound for the Appearance of one
Robt. Munday< no role > at Septr. Session last
at Hicks - Hall , who not appearing, your Recognizance is
become forfeited; and will be Estreated into the Court of
Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed for the
levying £40 on your Goods and Chattels; unless
Care be taken to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a
Respite atthe next This Session,which will beginat HICKS - HALL
onthe or before 23d. Day of Octr. Instst.
