It is Ordered on application to the Court by Mr. Silver
[..] Counsel for the Prosecutor is that the Defendants
Recognizance to try his traverse be Estreated into her
Majesty's Court of Exchequer And it is further Ordered
that no certificate be granted to the Defendant, but that
fresh process be allowed and that the defendant, do give
uponputting inproducing fresh Bail, do give 48 hours notice
of such Bail to the prosecutrix.
