in the County of Middlesex Labourer on the 18th.
day of March in the 13th. Year Etc. for Falsely and
Scandalously charging and accuring one
Alexander Ashhurst< no role > Esqr. with having Stolen
a certain Hand kerchief from him the said Timothy
and under such false Charge & did Extorsively have
and receive of and from the said Allpr. one Shilling
to permit and Suffer said Alexander to go at large
under a pretence that he said Timothy would not
Prosecute said Alexr. for such Felony against the
Peace Etc

Another Count for an Assault and false
Imprisonment Etc. against the Peace Etc

Another Court for an Assault and for
Extorsively (by means of Threats and Menaces)
having and receiving of and from said Alexander
