Deponent did see the above named Prosecutrix Joan the Wife of
Jeremiah Hill< no role > sign seal and as her Act and Deed deliver
the within Release, and that the Mark of the said Joan Hill
appearing to be subscribed to the within Release as the Party
signing or executing the same, and also the Names Peter
Jopson, and Peter Audsley thereto subscribed as the Witnesses
attesting the Execution thereof are of the respective Proper

Prosecutrix Joan Hill sign seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the within
Release, and that the Mark of the said Jeremiah Hill< no role > appearing to be set or
subscribed to the within Release as the Party signing or executing the same
and also the Names Peter Jopson, and Peter Audsley thereto subscribed as the
Witnesses attesting the Execution thereof are of the Respective Proper Hand
Writing of the said Jeremiah Hill< no role > , Peter Jopson< no role > and this Deponent And
this Deponent further saith that he did see the above named Joan Hill
Reseal and Redeliver the within Release after the same had been executed
by the said Jeremiah Hill< no role > and that the Names of this Deponent Peter Audsley
