Saith that at the Sessions hold in and for the County of Middlesex
in
January last a Bill of Indictment was preferred and found against
the said Ralph Watson< no role >
on the Prosecution of the above named James
Fraser< no role >
for an Assault And this Deponent further Saith that the said
Ralph Watson< no role >
hath entred into a Recognizance with two Sufficient
Sureties to appear and plead to the said Indictment And this Deponent
further Saith that the said Ralph Watson< no role >
was before and at the time
preferring the said Indictment and now is Master or Command [..]
the Ship or Vessell called the Kent belonging to the port of Ni [..]
upon Tyne and that he is now on a Voyage in the said Ship to Hu [..]
and is not expected to Return to the Port of London

till sometime in the Month of May or June next
