At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden for
the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said
County (by Adjournment) on Tuesday the Twentieth day of April in the
Thirteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King
of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the within named Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of Paddington in the County of Middlesex have notice of this Appeal
and that they and all persons concerned do Attend this Court on Thursday next
at Nine o' Clock in the parish to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court Concern
said Appeal
