to Prosecute the said Defendant at the then next
general Session of the peace to be holden by Adjournment
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
for the said County
of Middlesex
And this Deponent further saith That
the said Defendant being admitted to bail he
continued a Lodges in the House of this Deponent
until his Death which happened or the Fifteen [..]
