Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex Rugg maker maketh
Oath That some time in the Month of November last he
had the Defendant Apprehended for Robbing his ready
furnished Lodgings and on taking him before David
Wilmott
< no role > Esqr. he admitted him to Bail to James Hyslop< no role >
and Daniel Tubb< no role > and bound this Deponent over
to Prosecute the said Defendant at the then next
general Session of the peace to be holden by Adjournment
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street for the said County
of Middlesex And this Deponent further saith That
the said Defendant being admitted to bail he
continued a Lodges in the House of this Deponent
until his Death which happened or the Fifteen [..]
Day of December [..] last being the Saturday [..]
the Commencement of the Session and therefore [..]
this Deponent could not prosecute said Defendant
as he intended
