County of Middlesex the prosecutor in the above Cause
Oath that he this Deponent did receive the Notice
Tryal hereto annext for this Present Friday at Hicks
Hall in and for the said County and this Deponent
further saith that he did acquaint the said Person
that he choice be ready and willing to Try the
Traverse according to his Notice delivered to him that
Deponent and his Surgeon & Witnesses Attend for this
purpose
