County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath that hedidon
Monday last being the Eleventh day of January instant did deliver
to the said Hester Truman the Prosecutrix abovenamed a true
Copy of the Notice hereto annexed at the house of one Mr Snow
in Church Alley near Fetter Lane London which said Notice
hath not been since Countermanded to this Depts. knowledge
And this Dept. further Saith that the said Hester Truman< no role >
at the time he this Dept. served the said Notice on her told his
Dept. [..] that she would not appear to prosecute [..] Dept
