, maketh Oath and saith. That he this Deponent
was sent for by the above named Prosecutor James Riely
on Saturday the fifth day of this Instant and this Deponent
did accordingly attend and found the said James Riely
confined to hid Bed in a Violent Fever, and did Immeaditly
take a Quantity of Blood from the said Riely. And this
Deponent further saith that he did daily visit the said Riely
and on Friday last found him the said Riely to be much
better, but did their advise the said Riely not to go abroad
as this Deponent was then of Oppinion [..] his so doeing would
occation a Relapse And this deponent further positively saith
that he was and is yet of Oppinion that the said Riely was not in
a fit Condition to go abroad during the Course of the last week
with out greatly hazerding his life.
