being represented by the Chairman of the Committee

Committee appointed on ye 30th. day of April last
to take into Consideration ye State & Condition of
ye Sessions House, & New Prison That by some Mistake
Or Omission inmake byye Entry of ye Order of that day
the Word Bridewell to as Omitted Which ye Committee
think Necessary to be Inserted & A being also & Represented thatAppearing [..]
ye sd Committee have made a Considerable Progress in
their Enquiries, but for want of further time, have
not been able to compleat their Report

Ordered
That ye sd Committee do Continue to must for the
purpose aforesd from time to time as they shall think
proper & Do Consider, as well ye State & Condition of
Clerkenwell Bridewell , as of ye New Prison & Do Report
an Opinion is this Court whether ye Lame ought to be New Built [..] Or Repaired [..] to be new built upon what
Spotof ye Ground part (at Clerkenwell belonging to this County)there to Adjourningthey Might be most Convenient & [..]
situated,& Where such Ground Cause may be had
for ye purpose Aforesaid
