Robert Waller< no role > of Newport Market in the
Parish of Saint Ann in the County of Middlesex
Victualler and Alice his Wife the Defendants in
the above Cause, Allen Farrington< no role > of Titchfield Street
in the Parish of Saint Mary le Bone in the County
of Middlesex Gentleman and Thomas Buck< no role >
of Wells Street in the same Parish Tripeman
Severally make Oath and Say And first the
Deponents Robert Waller< no role > and Alice his Wife
for themselves severally Say That the Indictment
in this Cause was preferred and found against
these Deponents in October Session last and
Say that some time in December last the Prosecutor
Richard Salt< no role > left London and these Deponents
have not been able to get any intelligence since
Where he is or where he went to and verily
believe he absconded on Account of an Indictment
these Deponents preferred against him And the
Deponents Allen Farrington< no role > and Thomas Buck< no role >
for themselves severally Say That some time in
the Month of December last the above named
Richard Salt< no role > Absconded himself and left London
