Session exhibited their Petition and Appeal settingforth That by Virtue of
a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of

Justices of the Peace
for the said County (one where of being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the day of July 1772 William Hawke< no role >
was removed and conveyed by the Churchwardens and Overseers
of
the poor of the
Parish of Christ Church
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Martin Ludgate the said Justices
Adjudging the place of the last legal settlement of the said William

to be in the said Parish of Saint Martin Ludgate
Whereby the Petitioners apprehended themselves aggrieved Which said
appeal was duly Adjourned unto this day Now upon hearing of the said
appeal and what hath been Alledged on either side by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers their Council and Witnesses in and
concerning the Promises It is Ordered that the said Pass Warrant
or Order of the said two Justices be and the same whereby Confirmed
And it is further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Martin Ludgate
Do maintain

untill they can free them
selves from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law
