Worships to take his Case into Consideration and
to give your Petitioner relief by a proper Correction of
the Apprentice or to discharge him from his
Apprenticeship and such other relief in the Premisses
as to your Worships shall seem meet

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at
Hicks Hall in Saint John street in the said County
on Monday the Thirteenth day of July in the Twelfth
Year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George the
Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the above that the above named
John Collins< no role > have Notice of this Petition and that He and all
Persons concerned Do attend the Court here on Thursday the
Sixteenth day of this Instant July at Eight of the Clock in the
forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of
thisCourt touching the Matter of the said Petition
