The Defender Cowdery attends with the Melosed Notes from
Mr Splain the Prosecuter and a Witness to proves his neat
Writing that her heirs for given him the offender
It this is Sufficient Mr. Aldridge and Mr Fellows
devires you will gives him a dispatch so soon as you
Conesonentty ran , But If there be a Necessity for
a General Release Please to send Me account
of what her Stands Indicted for I will draw him a
general Release and her shall attend the Court
to prove the [..] Execution thereof the deft is
very Poor and is Recomended that her May
be Put to as Little expences as Possible your
Complying herewith will ad to thw many felonies
