of Middlesex Victualler Maketh Oath That
within this Three Weeks last past at divers times
And places he this Deponent hath made very
diligent Search for the Above named John
Sunderland

him (this Deponent being one of his Bail in this
Cause) but cannot find out where he is or where
gone to but hath been very credibly Informed
he is run away.
