Day of December last he this Deponent was present and did see
Richard Hopkins< no role > in the within General Release named the
Prosecutor of the above named Joseph Harvey< no role > the Defendent in
this Cause and in the said Release named Sign Seal and
duly Execute the said Release to the said Joseph Harvey< no role > and
to which Release he this Deponent is a Subscribring Witness
