and Headboroughs from Time to Time Do make diligent
Search for and take up and convey all such Stragling Seamen
According to the Purport of the same Order of Council And
for the more Speedy and Effectual Execution of the said Order
of Councel It is further Ordered that it be and it is
hereby Recommended to all his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for this County from Time to Time as often as then
shall severally think fit and necessity [..]
Precept or Warrant under their Hands an [..]
an next in the Form or in such other Form as they Shall
severally Judge more Expedient to Authorize and require
the several Hush Constables Petty Constables and Headborough
within the several Hundreds and Divisions of the County
to make general Privy Searches within their several districts
as the most Effectual means for the discovering and taking up
all Seamen that may be Stragling or secreting themselves
within this County And it is further Ordered that the
said High Constables do at the next general Session of
the Peace to be holden for the said County make return to
the Court of what they shall have done in Pursuance hereof
And it is further Ordered that the Clerk of the Peace
of this County as Transmit a Copy of this Order to His
Grace the Duke of Northumberland within [..]
convenient Speed And also a Copy to the Clerk of [..]
of the Divisions together with a Sufficient Number of the
BlackPrecepts or Warrants aforesaid
