Should The Session
(agreeble to Tomb's Case)or two Justices,
an Mr. Butler [..] Officia or
Jefferson,be Warranted, And disposed to discharge, or respite the Estreating
of all such Recognizances on which there were not any prosecutions,
will Mr. Waller of Mr. Butler,
or Mr. Jeffersonbe entitled to the usual discharge or
respite Fees, as at an Estreating Session And will Mr Jefferson be intitled to the Fee for sending Letters
£ Warning the parties of the situation they are in Etc. such Fee being
customarily taken as a Deputy's or Clerks Fee.
9th.
Should Mr.Jefferson make any misestreat thro the imperfection of the
Entries and subject himself to penalties will he be entitled to recover
the same agt. Mr. Waller.
10th.
If Adviseable to return the Estreat of Recognizances which ought to
have been discharged will it not be prudent - (tho contrary to practise)
to return the Marginal remarks therewith.
