It is Ordered that James Waller< no role > Esqr . late Clerk of the Peace
of this County Do forthwith deliver or cause to be delivered into
Court here all and every the Recordes, Rolls, Files, Registers
Calendars, Books, Papers, Entries of proceedings, and other
Writings of, or belonging to the sessions, or to the Office of Clerk
of the Peace of this County, now being and remaining in his
Custody, power, or possession
