To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Giles in the fields in
the said County

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of a Pass warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of John Machin< no role > and George
Wright
< no role > Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of the peace
for the City and Liberty of westminster in the said County
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty
Sixth day of July last Mary Harrison< no role > wife of James
Harrison
< no role > was removed and conveyed from and out of the
parish of St. James with in the Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid to the said parish of St. Giles in the fields as
the place of the last legal Settlement of the said Mary
Harrison

Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the adjudication of the said
two Justices therefore humbly appeal to
this Court against the same And pray
your Worships will appoint a day in this
present Session for the hearing and
determining the said Appeal
