By adjt. Thursday 11 May 1769

His Majesty's Justices of the peace here assembled observing that the late order of
Sessions for regulating the passing of proceed & upon the vagrant Act has been
very broken thro' in Mary instances by allowg the full Sum of 10s. to the Apprlendr
Sir. and thatin stead of two Shill. limited by the aforesd. order and Particularly that
John Spinnage< no role > Esqr . one of His Maj. Justices of the P. of this Co. hath made a great
[..] Ordernumber of such allowances to One person for such apprehensions which.
hath very much increaed the Co. Rate Do order that they [..] of the Peace write a Letter
to the sd. Mr.Ito desire him to dice with then on the next County Day and after Duner to take into considn. the sd. order
By order of the CourtHis Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Midds Assembled on the County day of the last Session

Session have directed me to desire you will please to dine with them on
the County Day of the next Session (Thursday 29th. June next) and
after dinner to taken into consideration the [..] order of sessions
[..] for regulating the Apprehendg & conveyg of Rogues & Vagnd.
which the Justices in Sessions observe has in many instances been broken
thro intheallowg 10s. to the apprehenders instead of 2s.B recomended
Limitted by the said Order which has of late much increased the county
Rates
