Whereupon it was Ordered that the said Paul Daigremont< no role >
should have Notice ofthis appealthe said Petition and that he and
all parties concerned should attend this Court here on this present
Saturday to hear and abide the Judgmt. of this Court in the
Premes Now upon hearing of the said Petition in the pursuance &
hearing of the sd PDand what hath
been alledged by Council and on the Ex
& his Coon the part and behalf of the said Paul
Daigrement

hath been alledged by the sd. Petrs. Council touching the matters

and for as much as it appeareth to
this Court that the Substance of the sd. Petition is true and
that the Sum of 52Yrs10s of lawfull Money was pd.bywith the sd.
Petrs. to the P.D as an apprentice Feein the considr. mentioned in the P. Indre
of apprentrechard
This Court doth Order that the said Petr. be and
he is hereby Absolutely discharged of and From his said Apprenticehood
to the sd. P. D And to the intent that the sd. Petrs. may be again put out
out Apprentice to some other Master to learn the said Art of up Jeweller
