King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in
Saint John Street in the said County (by adjournment) on
Friday - the 24th - day of Febry in the Ninth Year of the reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain
Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. James Jefferson< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay to John Roberts< no role > the Sum of Sixteen
Shillings for his Charges Expences and loss of Time in Prosecuting of
Robert Ellett< no role > and Eliza Ashford< no role > for Felony at this present Session of which they have hath
been Convicted
