Which Petition and Appeal came on to be heard in the same General Session in the<lb></lb>
presence of the parties and their Council And the final hearing and determining of<lb></lb>
the same was then Adjourned until the next General Quarter Session then and now<lb></lb>
last past And the same by diverse Orders in that behalf was further Adjourned<lb></lb>
until this present Session Now upon hearing of what hath been further alledged by<lb></lb>
the parties and their respective Council and upon examination of the matter of<lb></lb>
the said Appeal upon Oath Whereby it doth appear to this Court that <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50591_n144-5">Vincent Clarke</rs>
