Adjourned until this Present Session Now upon hearing of [..]
what hath been further alledged by the parties and the
respective Council and upon [..] of the [..]
said Appeal upon Oath Whereby it doth appear to this
Court that Vincent Clarke< no role > deced in the said Petn. named
while he was a Single Man & unmarried lived as a Year
hired Servant with John Pindar< no role > Esqr in the parish ofin the Parish of Saint Clem [..]

And afterwards(contonand whilst he continued on
said Service) Married the said Mary< no role > the Poor Woman in
the said Petn. above named and removed with his said Math [..]
into several different Parishes and at last came into the said Parish of St. George and continued to serve him
under the same [..] hiring for upwards of 40. Lays and
there diedwas then discharged and is since Dead without gaining any other Settlemt. Whereupon
this Court doth adjudge the last legal settlemt. of the said Poor Woman
and yr Children abovenamed to be in the said Parish of St Cle [..]
