Anthony Evans< no role > of Shoreditch Surgeon Saith he was
called to the Deceased the 9th. of Decemr. in the Morning
That when he came to him he found the Deceased
had reced a large Laseerated and Contused Wound on
the right side of the Head a little above the Temple
MuscleThat Informant Attended him from
the Ninth of December to the time of his Death
And did not duringto Dress his Wounds
That during the whole time he always said his
Head was easy and free from Pain And Informant
never supposed those Wounds could be the Cause of
his Death untill he Examined him Since his Death
That theHead hadSeal Appeared to hare been Laid open in three different
Directions by the Violence of the Blow
And the BlowsThat there did not Appear to Informant
to have been more than One Blow But the Deceased
Said he had reced three Blows One after another
That last Wednesday the Deceased told Informant that
he had sat up all Might in the Watchouse on Duty the
Night before And he had got Cold and a violent
Purging and Disorder in his Bowels And a Pain
in his LimbsThat Informant Sent him
Medicines for those Complaints And he got better
But last Monday he Complained of being very Low
and Frauit but did not Complain of any Pain And
he Died last Tuesday MorningThat since
