These are to Certify that I have exaim'd
the Body of Mr. George Clarke< no role > & found
a wound on the upper part of the Head
with the Seal much ruins'd an apearing
the Head there appeared a quantity of
extrasasted Blood under the Dura mater
& the dresses of the pia Mater & Brain
were turgid with Read Than these appear an
us (I do verily beleives to the best of
my Judgement) that his Death was owing
to the aforesaid wound
