Take Notice that I Intend to appear at the next
General Session of the Peace to be holden by Adjournment at
Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex
on Monday next being the fifth day of December 1768 by ten o'
Clock in the forenoon of the same day and then and there try my
traverse upon the Indictment you have Preferred against me for
Assaulting you Dated the 29th day of November 1768
