The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mary Hill London
.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the Hands
and Seals of

Stephen Clarke< no role >
Esquires two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middlesex
(one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 26th. Day of April
last

Coffeeman
Esther< no role >
his Wife
and
Esther< no role >
their Daughter aged about nine years were removed and conveyed
from the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars
in the
County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Maryhill
London as the Place of their last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved.
Therefore they Humbly Appeal to this Court against
the Adjudication of the said two Justices and the said Order
and pray that the benefit of this their Appeal may be
saved unto them and that the hearing and Determining
thereof may be Adjourned unto such day in the next general
Quarter Session of the Peace to be held for this county to
hear and Determine the same and that your Worships
will be pleased to make your Order for the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn above the Barrs
and all Persons
concerned to then Attend
And your Petrs. shall pray Etc.
