At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in the said County by Judjournment on Tuesday
the fifth Day of July in the eighth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of
Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the
Faith Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that [..] Elizabeth Kempster< no role >
have Notice of this Petition and that the said Elizabeth
and all persons Conceived do Attend this Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Saturday
on Thursday Fridaynext at nine o' Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide
the Judgement and Determination of the same Court touching the said Petition
