For a Misdemeanor
John Snowden< no role > the above Deft and Samuel
Jury of White Chappell in the County of Middlesex
Gingerbread Baker Severally Make Oath and Say
that they have made diligent Search and
Enquiry after the above Named Prosecutor at
his late place where he lived at Newington
and at divers other Places where they thot
there was any likelyhood of finding him
in Order to have Served him wch. Notice [..]
Tryall in the above Cause for this Session
but notwithstanding their utmost Endeavours
have not been able to meet with him
to serve him therewth, but on the Contrary
wereInformed on Such Inquiry and which they
believe to be true that the said John
