THESE are in his Majesty's Name to Command you, and every or any of
you upon Sight hereof, to take and bring before me, or some other of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County, acting for the said Division
the Bodyof Henry Flack< no role >
of whom you shall have Notice, to answer to all such Misdemeanors, Matters
and Things, as on his Majesty's Behalf are upon Oath, Objected, Complained
of, and Charged against him before me and in particular by
David Scott< no role > for Violently Assaulting him and dragging him by a Rope
tied round his Middle from on Board a Ship or Vessell called the Robert
and Hannah lying in the River Thames in the said County (in Company
with several others riotously Assembled) into the said River and round
several of the Ships or Vessels lying there whereby his Life was
greatly in Danger against the Peace

Hereof fail not at your Peril; Given under my Hand and Seal this 26th.
