Take Notice that I intend to appear
at the next Genl Quarter Session of the peace to be
held for the said County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street on Tuesday the 5th. day of July next at Nine
of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day then
and there to plead not Guilty to the Bill of
Indictment you have preferred agt. me and at
the same time to try my traverse on the said
Indictment Dated this 25th. day of June 1768
