Surveyors of the Highways of the Parish of Saint Giles in the field
in the County of Middlesex for this present Year Make
Oath that the written list of the Names hereunto Annex
bed is a true List of the Names of the Several Persons where
within the said Parish are by Law Obliged to do their Statute wrote
for the said Year with Teams Draughts or otherwise
as also the Number of Days work which with such Team
and Draughts or otherwise each of the said Persons ought
to do on the respective roads or High ways within the
said Parish towards the Amending and repairing of
the same According to the test of their Knowledge and
Belief
