she was taken up on a Waret. and is under a Recognizance &
appeartere to take her Tryal as this present Sessions.

No Notice of Tryal has been recd. nor has she Entred any Venire
Please therefore to Move that the Recognizance may be Estreated
and thatsheno Certificate may be granted to her to put in Bail
behind Back But that the proper Notice of Bail may be given to the
Petr. Soll.
