before me this seventh day of
December 1767

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the
said John Wiggins< no role > for himself says that he has
lost several seaffolding Boards some of which he has
since found in the Possession of the said John Basnett< no role > ,
and the said John Basnett< no role > for himself says that he
bought the said Boards of a person now present
who calls himself William Robinson< no role > , and the said
John Wiggins< no role > for himself says that he does verily
believe that the said William Robinson< no role > did
feloniously steal take and carry away the said
Boards
