taken before me this 6th. day of Octr. 1767</p>
<p n="393">Who being upon Oath severally say that on Sunday Night last they<lb></lb>
these Informants fastred the doors and Window Shutters below Stairs<lb></lb>
in their said Mistresses house and then went to Bed being about half<lb></lb>
past nine o'Clock and that they lay togethers, say that between the hours<lb></lb>
of six and seven the next Morning(at which time this Informant<lb></lb>

they were both alarmed by a violent knocking at the Street door<lb></lb>
and the sd. Inform. Says for herself that she there upon being so chessed<lb></lb>
run down Stairs into the Hall where she found the Street door<lb></lb>
open and there Standing a Person now present who calls himself<lb></lb>

then said you have been Robbed, that she then wentinto the <lb></lb>
Kitchen which she found over flowed almost with Wine, two<lb></lb>
Chairs tumbled down, Battle Broke two whole Candlestock<lb></lb>
underfoot the Oyle spiltoves the Dresses found some Sweet Meats<lb></lb>
upon the Dresses, the Matches and Finder Box out of their places<lb></lb>
saw the Kitchen Window open and the Sash Train out away<lb></lb>
that the found her own Box take open and eighteen shillings in<lb></lb>
or threatents taken away but that thos Guineas and a half and a<lb></lb>
Gold Ring were left behind which were in a little Pile box within the<lb></lb>
large Box, says she then went use Stairs and called her aforesaid <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50576_occ72">Fellow<lb></lb>
Servant</rs>
