Thomas Ellison< no role > one of the Prosecutors in this
Cause Maketh Oath That John Wood< no role > is a
Material Evidence of the King in this Prosecutrix
and without whose Testimony it will not be Safe
to proceed to Tryall that Diligent Search and
Enquiry has been made after the said John
Wood
< no role > who is a Customehouse Officer and this
Morning only he this Deponent has been Informed and which he
believes to be True that the said wood is now on
board a Vessell lying of the Hernitage and
that in pursuance of such Information a Subpene
is now gone to be Sewed or him for his
Appearance here this Day for to give
Evidence in the above Matter
