At the General Session of the Peace holden at
Hick's Hall in and for the County of Middlesex
on Tuesday the second day of June 1767.

It is Ordered that the within named Samuel Shiply< no role >
and Thomas Kynaston< no role > Esquire have Notice of this
Appeal and that the said Samuel Shiply< no role > and all Persons
Concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid
on Thursday next at the hour of ten in the forenoon to
hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the
said Court touching the said Appeal.
